1. Types and Uses of Personal Information

2. How We Share Information

We don't share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of the Company and Company contracted software development teams, except in the following cases:

For Usage Analytics and Experience Analysis: We may provide data to third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, or other tools that provide analytics services for processing and displaying user activity data. This could include tools that monitor individual usage behavior to help us better understand how you are using Company’s services. This analysis is done by our internal team or by contracted consultants we may hire who agree to protect your personal information.

For Communication Needs: We may need to contact you and therefore may use a third-party email or messaging tool, such as MailChimp, Intercom, or others that provide communication services.

For Storing and Processing Data: We may use third-party cloud services such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform to store and process your data to make it accessible to you through your devices with internet connections.

For Payment: If you are using a paid service, we will disclose your information to a payment or credit card processing service to complete your payment.

For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about general use of our services.California Do Not Track Disclosures: California law requires that we let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

3. Google Adsense

As we continue to develop our business, Company, or substantially all of its assets may be acquired. In such a transaction, customer information will of course be one of the transferred business assets.

Company does not intentionally target or solicit to children thirteen (13) or younger for purposes of collecting personal information. Company reserves the right to change this privacy notice at anytime by posting revisions on the Company web site. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date specified above.  Your continued use of the Services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of the revised Privacy Policy. 12.  Do Not Track

Some web browsers may give you the ability to enable a "do not track" feature that sends signals to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not want your online activities tracked. This is different than blocking or deleting Cookies, as browsers with a "do not track" feature enabled may still accept Cookies. There is currently no industry standard for how companies should respond to "do not track" signals, although one may develop in the future. We do not respond to "do not track" signals at this time; if we do so in the future, we will describe how in this Privacy Policy.

13. Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 entitles California residents to request information concerning whether a business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California residents may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes within the immediately preceding calendar year.
